Cancellation policy

Preorders
When you purchase a preorder, you are paying in full for an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Your order is reserved and will ship once the product is in stock.

Cancellations
You may cancel a preorder at any time before the item ships and receive a full refund. Once your preorder has shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return or refund in line with our returns policy.
